M A R R A K E C H A gentle painting of #moroccan symbols shapes and the colours of #Marrakech Using a technique shared with me by @faithevanssills and @matirose on #paintingthesacredwithinretreats where you paint strips with watercolour then follow your intuition to drop in details with pen. I’ve used this technique a bunch of times since our trip to calm and balance myself. Something about choosing and laying down colour in the strips is soothing, then the rest just flows.🌙 I did this one recently on a painting date with my beautiful niece. You guys, there are actual olives growing on my #olivetree !!!!! I brought it inside for the winter and I think it loves it. In #morocco I loved the beautiful olive trees and eating all the different types of olives. This tree is like a little piece of my Morocco heart💚🌱🌳 🇲🇦
Glorious #spring has arrived and I’m jumping for joy!!!🌸🌸 There are #blossoms everywhere - like this stunning #magnolia - and possibility is in the air. Winter in the northwest pacific is hard for me. I struggle with depression and SAD in the dark season. I exhale a huge sigh of relief when I see nature emerging from the frozen ground again and the sun starts to peek out. The hibernation is over. Time to start anew💕💕

Today I was with my spiritual mentor and she told me the old contract we have with ourselves and others thats based on limiting beliefs needs to be burned and a new one written.
